We had a very pleasant stay. Great staff, great property, great service and breakfast.

Overall really good. New hotel. New facility. Frendly and helpful staff. Issue1: Some area need to be cleaned (bathtab wall under the holder) Issue2: Bathtab does not have a overflow preventer, bath water will easily overflow to the floor, and floor does not have a sink. Issue3: Desk lamp does not work. May need to regularly check light bulb status. It is closed to the airport, but the hotel do have noise cancelation in mind. Window are thick and we could barely hear airplane noise at morning. Do have electric car charging station, but price is high. They may need to lower the price for people to really use it. They have full kitchen. If you can find those 6-7 dollar per pound fresh lobster, you can even steam or boil some by yourself I believe :) Price is reasonable compare to most other hotels in the area or downtown. Recommanded to anyone looking for a stay when visiting Portland Maine.

I agree with previous comments about the couch, and I didn't even use it as a pull out couch. Just as a regular couch, the thing is tiny and stiff. Enough about that. The room itself was great. Spacious, clean, and lots of natural light. Huge bathroom was a plus. Large kitchen area with full fridge/freezer. Free shuttle to airport (which is very close) & free breakfast was pretty standard every day. Gym and pool were nice and staff was always friendly. Lots of free parking, but park out back because the front fills in fast. Overall great stay!

This is a nice location at a competitive price! My room was spacious and clean. My room didn't have the dreaded pull out sofa that some people are complaining about. I was traveling solo, so it didn't really matter. I'm writing this before I go to sleep, so I can't speak to breakfast, yet.

Reached out to property day before our arrival asking for scent free and feather free room. Stated eta 4pm which is check in time. After 14 hour drive got to hotel at 407pm to be told room would be available only at 5pm as requested 1st floor feature and scent free as had to address requests. At 5pm told another 20-25 mns needed as hotel was sold out night before. Finally got our room at 520pm. Upon entering room found a hair elastic on floor in front of fridge, discarded bottle cap under desk and empty water bottle under bed! Did not even bother to address with front desk as their solution to long wait was brother giving me 1000 bonus points or canceling my reservation. Rooms are small, bed is somewhat comfortable, requests for extra towels and pillow was never fulfilled. First and last time at that hotel. We are Bonvoy members and always choose Marriott brand hotels and always ask scent and feather free and 1st floor rooms and never had to wait over an hour past check in time for room due to requests, even when hotel full previous night.

Only offered "bold" coffee for breakfast...where's the decaf? Plans changed and couldn't change my reservation because of booking with ******* ;( Loss of money will make me rethink booking through *******
