If you want to stay in a hotel with weird sounds in the middle of the night, no service after 5 & not a comfortable bed then this is your best bet! The hotel genuinely does not have a great vibe and if you are used to 4 star hotels, this will not fit your criteria.

We got turned away the day of our check-in because we weren't 21+, even though online and even the fine print of the reservation said you had to be 21+. We got back from a concert with friends, it was late already and we're from Massachusetts and with how late they turned us away there was nowhere else we could go to stay. We couldn't even go back home since it was 2 am and the drive back was five hours. We were promised by the guy at front desk that night that our reservation was cancelled and that we would expect a full refund and no cancellation fee. Only to find out none of that was the case our reservation wasn't cancelled making it seem as though we stayed there even though we got turned away. Not only that but I called the manager and she had the worst attitude ever. I was asking questions to make sure I throughly understood the situation at hand, she started getting irritated and rude and when I asked her why she was being rude to me after being respectful, she started yelling at me, blaming me for the issue, an

The worst, I have stayed in many hotels I paid for two rooms for 2nights and one of the rooms smelled like cigarettes from the moment you opened the door. The other room toilet was clogged told the front desk lady and she handed me a plunger. I came from a long road trip with children. Front lady was very rude I asked for a different room and she didn’t want to offer me one. I asked her for my refund so I can find another hotel and she refused. Is a nonsmoking facility but they don’t enforce if you don’t smoke and or have children don’t stay here.

I was not excited when my company booked me in here but unlike the ones in Columbus Ohio this place was very clean and smoke free. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They have a small clean gym that is user friendly, a community center/area. I have included pictures. I’m giving them 4 ⭐️ ‘s

Do not stay here if you have a dog. I walked my puppy in the designated dog walking area, which was a big appeal of this hotel. When we went back to the room I noticed ticks near his neck and belly. I pulled off as much as I could but there were dozens! It was impossible to get them all and I did not know what to do. I looked down and there were ticks crawling up my legs. I had to throw out his dog blanket because it was covered in ticks. I had to run out to get Frontline and dog shampoo the next morning and pray that he didn't get sick. This was the worst tick infestation I have ever seen, and it was only from a dog walking area, we were not even in woods! We had to check out early because I feared for my puppy's health. I've attached photos of just a few ticks pulled off of myself and my puppy. Such an awful experience.

Pros: - There was a very good rate for the room compared to other nearby hotels. The queen size beds are comfortable. There is a kitchenette with a stove, microwave and a full-size refrigerator. There was no hair dryer or iron in the room, but the helpful desk clerk provided them upon request. Rooms have free wi-fi. There is plenty of hot water and adequate water pressure in the shower (but not in the sinks!). Cons: Our room needed a thorough cleaning. Although the non-carpeted floor was basically clean, a closer examination revealed dirt and minute food crumbs in the corners, on the shelves in the kitchenette area, on top of the refrigerator and even in the bed frames under the mattresses. I killed two roaches during my two night stay. Noise is a significant issue with this property. The hotel is located in an industrial area, just off an interstate, and at a fairly busy intersection. There is considerable traffic noise at all hours. There is also substantial noise between rooms. There was an apparent domestic dispute at 1:30 in the morning which started loudly in a room on our floor, spilled out into the hallway and eventually into the parking lot. In addition, I was awakened early in the morning by a dog barking in the hallway. The non-enclosed closets had no hangers. There is no safe in the room. This hotel has the feel of a college dormitory rather than a comfortable welcoming hotel, with a small lobby/reception area and no real public space.

A great stay again! from the time I arrived until I checked out ! Staff was excellent, sincere and attentive. The rooms were very clean and well maintained.The hotel is still kept in top shape. I love this place , always excellent experience. The manager and staff was at all times responsive, pleasant, and professional.
