A very good apartment hotel. The location of the hotel is superb. There is a supermarket downstairs. You can find almost all the ingredients, fruits and vegetables you need for cooking. The beautiful Swan Lake is just over 100 meters away. You can walk to the waterside for running and walking in 5-10 minutes from the hotel. You can quickly reach Elizabeth Quay Ferry Terminal in the center of Perth by ferry.
The decoration and facilities of the hotel are very new and the design is very user-friendly. There are seven or eight steps from the road to the hotel. In order to facilitate guests to carry luggage, the hotel has specially installed a small take-off and landing platform, which is very labor-saving. The hotel is very quiet and almost no noise can be heard. The 1-bedroom and 1-living room apartment has a washing machine, a dryer and a full set of kitchen facilities. In addition, there is a supermarket downstairs for purchasing ingredients, so it is very convenient to cook by yourself. The only drawback is that the price is a little expensive. The cost performance does not seem to be particularly high.

Fantastic location overlooking the beautiful Swan River & Perth city. Close to convenience store, restaurants & the foreshore. Wheelchair accessible with a lift from the lobby to the street. Staff were very friendly and made us feel like VIPS.

The sanitation of the hotel is average, the shower head is on the top, and you have to wash your hair together in the shower, which is very inconvenient. The room does not provide toothbrush and slippers in advance. You have to ask for them at the front desk. Others are relatively complete. I booked a room with a city view, and there are nearby The construction site is under construction, the construction noise is relatively loud in the morning; the front desk staff is very nice, there is a supermarket and a park downstairs, which is not bad.

fantastic location ! woke up to a lovely harbour view , fresh air , directly opposite the ferry trrminal, where you can just hop on the ferry to cross opposite to cbd, downtown, chiantown etc in a mere 10 mins ride ! hotel is clean, new , come fully fitted with kitchenette, onsite carpark is available , also theres a free washing machine and dryer at level 2 and BBq pit which was awesome

I had a great stay! The 24-hour grocery store right next door was incredibly convenient. The room offered an amazing view of the city skyline, which made the experience even more memorable. I also appreciated the modern design and up-to-date facilities. Would definitely recommend!

I experienced amazing customer service before even stepping foot into the property. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming! My room was very clean and has everything you need, and I'm only disappointed I don't get to stay longer.

This really is a great hotel - we stayed in a two bedroom apartment with excellent views of the Swan River / city skyline. The rooms are modern and well kept. The bathrooms, kitchen and laundry had everything you need. Parking is easy. The staff are very helpful and polite. The hotel is well located. There is a 24/7 IGA downstairs, plus a pharmacy, coffee shops and restaurants. The Windsor Hotel restaurant (Charterhouse) across the road is great. The ferry to the city is close by. We definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Perth.
