Suntide III Condominiums

We did not get what we paid for, and nobody from management took the time to address our issues. The issue we had- nobody notified us that the pool would be closed for the week. There was a posted notice on the property (see below) but obviously we don’t live here, so we didn’t know. I added screen caps of texts with Vacasa. As you can see, they don’t even try to contact me to resolve the issue. The one morning I got to use the pool with my children the staff was rude to me when I wanted to enter the pool 1 minute before 9 am. This place is plastered with threats of fines and fees. They are very happy to take your money but not work with you when something goes wrong. With all the fees it costs around $600 a night to stay here. For that kind of price they need to address issues when they come up.

I stayed at this resort on March 14 and 15 in one of their two-bedroom condominiums, and my experience with the front desk staff, particularly Ms. Welch, was extremely disappointing. When I checked in at night, I was given two parking permits for two cars, but no one informed me that one was for inside parking and the other for outside. In the dark, I didn’t notice any difference. The next morning, I was shocked to find a wheel clamp on one of my cars. When I approached the front desk for help, Ms. Welch was incredibly cold and indifferent. She refused to contact the manager and simply told me I had to pay the fine. When the manager finally came, instead of resolving the issue professionally, they were rude, accused me of lying, and showed no willingness to listen. To make matters worse, they only accepted card payments for the fine and refused to take cash, making the whole situation even more frustrating. The way they handled this situation was completely unprofessional, and the manager’s behavior was unacceptable. I will never return to this place and will make sure my friends and family avoid it as well. While the condominium itself was clean and well-maintained, the lack of facilities (no café, lounge, or breakfast area) makes the stay even less appealing. With such terrible customer service, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere!

A little dated but perfect getaway We enjoyed our stay so much. It was just before the in season. It was quiet and relaxing. We stayed in Unit 104. Evidently, an older gentleman owes it and the management is working with him to update. The unit is very spacious. Perfect for our two couple trip. Nice pool area. The grounds were very well kept and even on the first floor we could see a small view of the ocean. Condo was equiped with starter supplies. Beds had new beachy comforters. A/c works well and good water pressure. Cleaning crew needs to be a little more thorough and condo could definitely use some updating. We had a great long weekend though!

2024 family vacation Well this place needs a total gut job. The carpet needs replaced. Doors need repaired . The kitchen light is about to fall from the ceiling, sliding doors are broke. All appliances are rusted up . The microwave is rusted inside and we were afraid to use it. The counter tops are falling apart and are held together with scotch tape. The room smelled of something rotten and my wife found it in the dishwasher. We do have to say the staff was very nice and lobby was kept nice and clean . We will never stay there again and we would not recommend it.

I stayed in Condo 201. It is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with a full size kitchen and family room overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. We loved spending time on the large balcony listening to and watching the waves roll in. The condo is light and airy with a beach theme. The beds are comfy and the kitchen and bar are well stocked. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Suntide III has two pools, two hot tubs, a sauna and tennis and basketball courts! The facility is well maintained and staff are helpful and friendly. I was able to truly relax and enjoy my stay while on the island!

Suntide III Condos (2 and 3 bedroom units) has friendly, helpful front desk and maintenance staff, great access to the beach, and indoor and outdoor pools. Our corner unit gave us views of the beach and morning sunrise, as well as views of Space X and bayside entertainment venues. Suntide III is a grand ol' lady, and we love the place.
