The hotel was a bit frayed around the edges, looked like it was over due a revamp. The staff however were fantastic. They were polite, kind, thoughtful, helpful and compassionate. The customer service was excellent.

No problem with the hotel - clean, comfortable, quiet, with friendly & helpful staff. Not being able to get a cooked breakfast, or table served meal in the evening from the pub next door however, means we won't consider returning. This was a business trip, and breakfast & dinner are appreciated.

Booked last minute as a walk in customer I was greated by a lovely women called Sonia she couldn't do enough to help me within 5 minutes everything was sorted and I was checked in. Its members of staff like this that are a massive credit to your COMPANY.!

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights room great . reception staff very helpful Jordan was great and a credit to the Company after only been there a few weeks well done. The breakfast pack was very nice and a plus having a Harvester next door.

We booked this hotel as we were visiting Oxford Brookes University and the Travelodge was within easy access to Thornhill Park and Ride. We arrived on a very hot day when temperatures were above 30 degrees but our room was on the shaded side of the hotel overlooking the shared garden with Harvester. Our room was cool despite the outside temperature and was well insulated against any sound. The Harvester is next door for food and parking out the front of the hotel.

i visited on a work trip down to wheatley, this was a convinient and easy stay for me due to the clean rooms and quiet atmosphere, i will most definitely be staying again, i had a good encounter with corin the manager, she was very helpful for my stay

i review this 5 out of 5 due to the cleanliness and quality of the rooms, the staff are very pleasant and welcoming the room is clean. corrinn has her staff well put together and is a very good role model and manager to her team, so shout out to her keep up the good work
