This is a time share/hotel type. They don't serve food, but the grocery is just a few minutes away. It will be a nice room for a family of four. Clean and close to our destination.

The townhouses are a terrific place to explore the Berkshires, less than 15 minutes from minutes from Tanglewood and Shakespeare & Co. There are a number of outstanding restaurants in Lee 7-8 minutes away. THe staff is very friendly and helpful. OUr only complaint is there aren't enough loungers at the main pool, and it's not for lack of space.

We have been here twice so far... and love the peacefulness and close proximity to shopping (Lee Outlets) and all the Antique shops nearby. Food was exceptional at the local towns...Need to bring in food to cook or go out of resort... Plenty to keep you busy (more for adults than children though) hiking trails, museums.... It's close enough to drive from Long Island (via PJ BRIDGEPORT FERRY) a quick 1hr 45 min drive... I recommend you try to go in the fall with the autumn leaves changing... IT's SPECTACULAR!

My wife and I stayed here for the first time. The staff, people, facilities and activities were all great. The was no resort fee and all activities were free !

If this was a Presidential unit I would hate to see what the other units looked like. There were quite a few maintenance items that should have been fixed before our arrival. We were below 5 to 6 college age people. They sounded like a herd of elephants until 2:00 a.m. It was not a relaxing vacation at all!

Beautiful resort in a great location close to everything! The grounds were immaculate. Our two bedroom/two bath unit was very spacious and had everything you needed. Even had a balcony overlooking a wooded view. Can't wait to return!

The facility was clean and staff were wonderful. I enjoyed the out door pools and the activities. The only CONs I have is that 1) they need to have more washers and driers, 6/6 is not enough for all the guess. I did appreciate that they washers and driers were complimentary and 2) the furniture is a little dated.

The location was beautiful in a quaint, charming and centrally located area to museums and botanical gardens, enough to keep us busy for a week. All on a NARMS membership which made it very affordable. The resort was well maintained and clean. They offered a lot of amenities for families that were well presented for various ages.

Weekend wedding in Massachusetts needed accommodations for two adult couples, had a unit with one king and one queen bedroom, and plenty of space for everyone. The unit was clean and neat upon arrival. Had an air conditioning issue and maintenance was there within 10 minutes to work on it. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Nice pools used both indoor and outdoor. Kitchen area had all the necessities to prepare a simple meal or two.
