Due to the star rating, the expectations were not too high, so there was no disappointment or surprise. The only problem was that the air conditioner was too noisy. It was cold when it was not turned on, but it was noisy and hot when it was turned on. There was a kitchen and you could cook something yourself. The exhaust in the bathroom was very noisy. Combined with the lighting, it was not good if it was not turned on. . Maybe it was because it was an old hotel.

Great location, just a stone throw away from the main lift up to the ski rentals + mountains. Rooms are spacious and generous, even with own kitchen + dining area. Wish there was daily room service though, we only got 1 for our 4 nights stay. Wish there were more variety for breakfast like oats or omelette, and the hash brown were always dry. Otherwise, breakfast service staff were friendly + is able to replenish efficiently.

We asked for a quiet 2 bedroom suite, and they delivered. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the bathrooms and kitchen were a little dated. We appreciated being able to walk to so many destinations- the state park, the gondola, restaurants, Target, bike rental, the beach, etc. The game room was a hit, the fitness center not so much. Breakfast was just average but a good value.

Pros: - The location is amazing. Very close to shopping and food. - The staff is very friendly. - The pool was clean Cons: - The rooms are old and smell really bad. Honestly the smell alone is enough to never come back. - The windows are single panel and rattle. We were woken by a bus that parked right outside our window every morning. - The bathroom light has a fan that is super loud with no option to turn it off. - The shower curtain was gross. - no recycling bins - The breakfast is just ok. Nothing special. - Parking is 20 dollars per day - Everything is just old. Really needs a good update. It is more of a motel experience than a hotel experience. Will stay somewhere else next time we visit.

Back in the day, this was almost resort-like, now it is very tired. Been staying at the Inn for many years, it really shows it's age. Based on current rental rates, I will not be back.....

Absolutely amazing! Gives cabin feel yet steps away from Heavenly and all the activities. Highly recommend. Close by to things, clean, kitchen was amazing to have.

The bed and pillows were comfy.. we had a pool level suite that went right out to the pool.. even though it was open until 10p, it wasn’t noisy… I would recommend Forrest Suites to stay for the full Heavenly Resort experience
