Good locations for our visit, food was just ok service was good. It's an oldie worldy pub with a lot of character but, it needs a bit of TLC, bed was really uncomfortable mattress and pillows need changing and the shower needs to be replaced. It's £90 a night and if honest not really worth it.

What a fabulous village Pub & B & B ❤️ Always a warm welcome into a ‘proper good pub’ where to socialise, meet the locals, have a chat or to try the delicious food x Linda is a diamond lady and does a fabulous job 🌟 Stayed the night in one of the lovely clean rooms with a comfy bed plus other extras for comfort The breakfast was cooked fresh & the veggie sausages were the best I’ve had 🥰 Thank You Highly Recommend Miss it Miss out x

The room and bathroom were very shabby and shower quite tricky to get right. Dinner was basic pub food but service was friendly. A disappointing stay was saved by a nice cooked breakfast and coffee with no waiting for it to arrive.

Not goid Obviously, most of the reviews were from last year. This property has really gone down. It was dirty. The room hadn’t been cleaned, even the key fob was dirty very disappointed, Doesn’t have a shower as it was dirty and the ceiling was falling down. didn’t stay for breakfast either.

It's the village pub Genuine village pub - not a village pub with a massive outreach - so don't expect international standards. But the food was good, the room was warm, the bed was comfy and the landlord & staff very friendly. The buuilding is ancient so expect curves and low ceilings and there's a fair few spiders in the tucked away places. But, all in all, a decent place

Wouldn't want to stay there if I was drunk. Absolutely the worse hotel I have stayed in. The pub was OK. But we wasn't there for the pub. The closest thing I can call it is polishing a turd. As in mould on the wall with wallpaper over it and then painted. Broken tv bracket, no pillow, mould, don't no what they call a single duvet but that wasn't it and it was freezing

The staff and the welcome they provided were excellent as was the pub grub. The rooms are in need of some refurbishment as they look a little worn out in appearance. The TV was so small it seemed better to watch the news on my phone
