Unsafe! We left did not stay! The hotel was extremely dirty, cops in the parking lot and the people hanging out in tha halls made it feel very unsafe. The two guys that watched us go to our room and then mess with the door handle to our trying to get in made me very nervous. We left. I refuse to stay In A situation that makes me feel threatened. The front desk staff didn’t care at all about my concerns. Do not stay at this hotel. The worst experience I have ever had.

The room was reasonably clean. I liked the fragrances that were wafting in the hallway & stairwell. The carpets were worn & dirty, bathroom toilet would not shut off after flushing without rattling the handle. Bathroom faucet handle was very loose & tricky to adjust hot/cold

Our room was not very clean. The baseboards were dirty, the mirror hadn't been cleaned. The curtains in the room didn't close properly so the hotel sign next door shined in the room all night. The carpet was in need of shampooing, there was garbage on the floor behind the nightstand. There was only one washcloth in the room. The sheets on the beds were clean but very pilly and uncomfortable. There is garbage on the ground by the back door where guests enter. The landscaping needs attention. We waiting for 23 minutes for someone to come to the counter to help us even after using the phone on the counter. I had to give them my information a second time even after pre-checking in with that same information.

Title: Found Bed Bugs & Management Did Nothing I stayed at this Super 8 while waiting for my new apartment to be ready, and unfortunately had a really bad experience. I found bed bugs in my room along with a disgusting amount of trash and buildup under the beds — clearly not cleaned properly. I even sent photos and videos to management as proof. Instead of trying to help or offer any sort of solution, they told me to check out and refused to accommodate me further. They also claimed the room had been inspected, which clearly wasn’t the case based on the condition I found it in. If you care about cleanliness, health, or basic customer service — I’d recommend staying somewhere else. This place needs to seriously re-evaluate its hygiene standards and how it treats paying guests. My daughter couldn’t go to bed till 3 am since we were forced to clean it ourself for better peace of mind even tho it was DISGUSTING no matter what we did. The bath wouldn’t drain and would take half a day too.. one garbage can? And the vent looks like it wasn’t cleaned in years!! People yelling all the time and smell cigarette smoke constantly.. the staff was nice about the situation but wouldn’t accommodate me another night or 2 after that hell we went through in the beginning..
