Not bad, not great. Seems only a few years old but room already needed a refresh. Couch in room very uncomfortable to sit on, office chair stained. Other furniture in room damaged. Fridge is in probably the worst possible spot possible in the room; right next to the door. Bed was comfortable but pillows were too plump. Room was clean but yellow/green color scheme feels old and sad. Curtain between bed and couch makes it suite-ish??? Take off the Hilton name and say it was Something by Choice and I'd believe it. Breakfast was pretty good.

Linens thread bare, fringe hanging from towels.

The area was nice. The actual facility was in need of repair and upgrade. The room's steel front door was out of alignment and needed to be pulled up to close. The carpet was old and stained. The bathroom door was a slider that had no handle and didnt lock. But the worst part was the shower drain from the room above leaked into the light of our shower and filled the light and leaked waste water into our shower. Since we prepaid with *******, we werent given any partial refund for the unpleasant situation.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered. There were safety issues, missing or broken amenities, and signs that the employees did not care. Exposed electrical wires in hallway. A wrinkled paper welcoming a group member room was held up by a foot of blue painters tape. 2 of 3 ice machines broken or missing (2nd and 3rd floor). No signs telling us where to go for ice. Prominent analog clock in lobby was showing 345 at 1105 and PC below it was on Windows setup screen for the entire stay. These two things would take 5 minutes to fix and cost nothing. They didn’t care to do it. Blackout curtain in room was broken, torn, and filthy. Chair cushion in room was disgustingly stained. Lamp in room was broken and may have a short circuit. That said….the location is fantastic. Multiple restaurants within minutes, several within walking distance. If you want to pay over $250 for a below standard hotel that is in a wonderful location, this is the place for you.

Room was very nice, good fridge, lots of space.
Not fussy with breakfast set up Turkey bacon not good. Didn’t like the ‘make your own’ set up. Lids/tongs not easy to use.
