Ra Suites Simatupang

The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. I felt the shower space was spacious. It was also conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from the shopping mall. It was my first time in Jakarta and I had trouble arranging a taxi, but the front desk staff were kind and polite (using a taxi ordering app, etc.) and I was able to reach my destination safely. The staff were very friendly and it was a fun time. Thank you.

There is a shopping mall nearby, so it is okay. The room condition is a bit small, but it is not bad. The facilities are clean, but I think it is because the cleanliness is lacking. As a 5-star hotel, I want to do many things. The overall lighting/facility cleanliness is lacking.

We had a great stay at Ra Suites. The staff is very attentive and anticipates your every desire. The breakfast is excellent and varied. The location is far from the old town but it is close to the metro and a large shopping center.

I liked the design and newness of the hotel, so I booked it for two nights. But after checking in, I found that the cleanliness of the hotel was not like a five-star hotel, which was a bit disappointing. In particular, there are hairs in the bathroom and room. There is not only dust on the coffee machine rack and table, but also watermarks and **. It has not been cleaned and needs improvement. Unexpectedly, after reporting the matter, the hotel manager took the matter very seriously and actively improved and assisted us. He even helped us change rooms and upgraded us to another room type. Seeing their efforts and sincerity, I have to give them a thumbs up! Thank you for their apology and the fruit they sent. It is really rare to accept customer feedback! As a five-star hotel, the breakfast was not as rich as I expected, and it was all vegetarian and no meat, which was really hard to accept! After feedback, the restaurant supervisor immediately improved the breakfast the next day and added two types of meat. It can be seen that they are a hotel that is willing to strive for progress, so thank you for that! I would like to thank the hotel manager Otter Johan, the restaurant supervisor, and the cleaning staff for taking the hotel seriously and listening to the customers' opinions and working hard to make improvements. I am touched by your sincerity. I hope you will do better and better and maintain five-star quality. come on! If I have the opportunity to go back to Jakarta, I will continue to choose your hotel!
