Pristinely clean and a very classy space, located in a nice and quaint part of the city. Ideal for business travellers with meetings around the SCBD area in Jakarta. Service was impeccable, and the rooms are clean and spacious.

This property is located at the heart of the city and close to everywhere. Retro kind of room. But if you are a service oriented person, DO NOT STAY in this hotel. The reception do not reply phone callls, similarly, room service also don’t pick up phone. Have to go down to the Sofia Resto person to order food. They don’t give late checkout until 2 pm. Max until 1 pm free and after that charges apply, very rigid on this and it’s not a good idea. Bathroom accessories are nice. They don’t reply emails send to their address also. Breakfast is Alacarte and no fruits. Poor selection of food. I will not stay in this hotel next time.

Exceptional service from check in to check out. The room was very clean, pretty, and comfortable (especially the bathroom, super pretty!). Breakfast was delicious. I love their french toast! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to all my needs. Thank you.

Great Place to stay clean and good service. Had the Mansard Room on the top floor. Was a bit sceptical free reading done reviews but had no issues with the bathroom water pressure text Negative part are two things a) there was no curtain only traditional shades so it wasn’t super dark in the room b) no minibar that was a bit annoying for a city hotel. Would stay there again.
