이호텔이 주는 디자인적인 안락함은 훌륭하다. 그러나, 아침식사는 항상 아쉽다. 작년에도 그랬고, 올해는 더욱 나를 실망시켰다. 맛없고, 성의없는 아침이라면 안하는게 좋다.심플하고, 저렴해보이는 아메리칸 블랙퍼스트. 동행인이 식사를 끝낼무렵까지 서어비스가 되지 않았다. 똑같은 메뉴였다….. 같은일이 옆 테이블에서도 일어났다. 이호텔이 보여준 세련된 디자인하고는 너무나 다른 서어비스, 저렴한 맛의음식은 이호텔의 치명적인 실수가 될것이다.

Beautiful hotel, very unique, and in a great location, the staff are very friendly, walking distance to shopping centers, cafes and Asia's 50 best bars, the room is very quiet, breakfast is a la carte and very delicious, about 40 minutes drive from the airport

Pristinely clean and a very classy space, located in a nice and quaint part of the city. Ideal for business travellers with meetings around the SCBD area in Jakarta. Service was impeccable, and the rooms are clean and spacious.

This property is located at the heart of the city and close to everywhere. Retro kind of room. But if you are a service oriented person, DO NOT STAY in this hotel. The reception do not reply phone callls, similarly, room service also don’t pick up phone. Have to go down to the Sofia Resto person to order food. They don’t give late checkout until 2 pm. Max until 1 pm free and after that charges apply, very rigid on this and it’s not a good idea. Bathroom accessories are nice. They don’t reply emails send to their address also. Breakfast is Alacarte and no fruits. Poor selection of food. I will not stay in this hotel next time.

The building and the room decoration are very beautiful. The breakfast was good. The young hotel front staff and the hotel staff were so kind and provided very good service. However, a restroom doesn't have a door, and the breakfast takes a long time to serve.
