Service: Not what was advertised! No Chinese service! There was a problem with the bathroom and I needed to communicate. I called the front desk and only had English customer service! If there is no English customer service, don't write it, it's misleading!
Hygiene: The shower floor drain was blocked and the water couldn't go down, so I had to go to the bathtub to rinse. There were hairs left by the previous guests in the bathtub!
Facilities: I asked the customer service to change the room. The same room type on the same floor, the original room had a scale, but the new room didn't. Five-star hotels have different room standards? !
Compared with the opposite side, the Ritz-Carlton, which is also owned by Marriott, has small rooms, poor breakfast, and a small swimming pool; except for walking two steps less in and out, it is not recommended at the same price.

Very satisfied with the food. I was on a business trip in Jakarta and didn’t dare to eat outside, so I had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. It was delicious. It is indeed a gourmet hotel. I look forward to my next stay.
