This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The decoration level is not as good as that of the All Seasons Hotel. I was suddenly woken up by the doorbell at 8 o'clock in the morning, and then a man rushed in without permission. I was not wearing any clothes. It was outrageous. After complaining to Ctrip, it happened again at night. He rushed in without saying hello or permission. It was outrageous. What a rubbish hotel. There is no safety at all. Ctrip's recommendation is really a pit. The whole network has bad reviews ☠️☠️Skull

Overall a great experience staying here. Service is good but the butler services is not as good and tailor made compared to the other newly five star hotels in Jakarta
The hotel design is a quite classic but and feel timeless rather than an old vibes

Stayed there with my mum for 4D3N on 31 March, upgraded to Garden View Suite on 22nd floor. Room was equipped with kitchennette, hall and two toilets. Access to Raffles Club facilities comes with free breakfast, high tea and evening cocktail for two. You may choose to have breakfast at Raffles Club or the Art Cafe (buffet).
