Everything fine as usual. But thera are several problems with their Elevator: the buttons, access card readers, and some noises when moving.
Also the water pressure for shower can be stronger.

Trip shows that the apartment is up to 10 adults, and we only have 5 adults. Agency still charged us 2 kids. The apartment floor was very dirty with a lot of small particles and ants.
When im check in the room is clean however i found House lizard dead in the room, tha hot water in the bathtub is not working also but the staff was quick for taking action. The room is quite noisy since the room is facing to front side.
I always use it, but I think the quality is reasonable for the price.
When I use it, I think it is within the allowed range, although there are some problems.
2nd time staying here. The first one is in room 511, ok stars πππππ the facilities
The second one was given room 228 even though it was noted that the top floor was a smoking room, but I just accepted it, so I couldn't rest but the room was really different from the first time I stayed, room 228 had bad facilities, the lights were dead, The TV has a small sound even though the volume is at full 100, the drinking water is empty, you can't get tea bags/coffee or a brewing machine, there's no DND hanger like the first stay in room 511 on the 5th floor. room 228 is not recommended. What I like about Liberta Kemang is that the security guys are friendly and humble, so they like to give tips to the security guys. Hopefully it can be an input before the room is ready. It would be good to check the equipment and lights, for positive feedback on the AC and cleanliness π
We stayed at Hotel Monopoli for a few nights and had a mixed but overall decent experience. The location is definitely a plus, situated in Kemang and close to business areas, itβs convenient for both work and leisure. However, one thing we didnβt anticipate was that the hotel is also a nightlife spot. At night, the sound from karaoke, dancing, and loud music was quite noticeable, which might not suit guests looking for a quieter stay. It only last until around 2AM, and might be enough as a white-noise for some people.
Breakfast was okay. On weekdays, they offer a set menu which we really appreciated β it was more curated and enjoyable. On weekends, they switch to a buffet style (perhaps due to higher occupancy), but it was a bit average. That said, in general, the food at the hotel was good.
Housekeeping was attentive, they checked in every morning, and when we requested cleaning only while we were out, they followed through without issue.
We arrived late at night after a long journey from Bangkok and Johor, and were a bit surprised by the number of terms and conditions β for instance, no hotel sandals allowed in the lobby and other small rules. While understandable, it felt a bit restrictive to be met with so many dos and donβts right after arriving.
That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Indonesian hospitality really shines here, and we appreciated their warm service.
