I think the room needs a bit more maintenance. Specifically, the door to the room is hard to close. It gets stuck once and you have to pull it hard to close it. If you don't close the door by hand, it stays open. The door's fit (misaligned) was bad.

The service is good, because I stayed during the fasting month, breakfast was replaced with sahur, so it was quite good. It is close to the Nurul Iman mosque in Blok M Square.

The hotel staff are helpful. The Hotel's location is topnotch. Take a few steps and you'll be in the heart of a bustling environment where shops, restaurants, transport terminals can be easily and conveniently accessed. Good value for money.

Good service but old hotel model.. But still okay fro the service and reseptionist servicr.. Hotel in middle city near to GBK sports arena jist 10 min by car if didmt got traffic

This hotel is a very old hotel. Toilet comed collar and cover was broken. Taps are double old double tap systems . Hot and cold water manipulating is difficult. Kettle was not working in the small room. The lobby area has a very bad smell. I complained many times about bad smell in the lifts and lobby area. It's definitely not worth it for money. It's totally unhappy compared to other hotels in Jakartha. Fortunately, I stayed only 2 nights.
Never recomend for Foreigners.
