2nd time staying here. The first one is in room 511, ok stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 the facilities
The second one was given room 228 even though it was noted that the top floor was a smoking room, but I just accepted it, so I couldn't rest but the room was really different from the first time I stayed, room 228 had bad facilities, the lights were dead, The TV has a small sound even though the volume is at full 100, the drinking water is empty, you can't get tea bags/coffee or a brewing machine, there's no DND hanger like the first stay in room 511 on the 5th floor. room 228 is not recommended. What I like about Liberta Kemang is that the security guys are friendly and humble, so they like to give tips to the security guys. Hopefully it can be an input before the room is ready. It would be good to check the equipment and lights, for positive feedback on the AC and cleanliness 👍
