It's very spacious, so I like it. It's on the 31st floor, but two out of three elevators were broken, so it was a bit difficult. Everything else is good. The food you can buy at the swimming pool in front is also good.

The biggest problem is waiting for elevators . On the day of checkin, I have to wait for 20+minute to reach my room 3309.
I have many visitors Wisit’s me during my stay and all were complaining about the elevators problem. Out of three elevators, only two are functioning. Sometimes I had to use service lift to come down.
Do improve this service and visitor will be happy

Overall it's pretty good, the location is ok, and the price/performance ratio is high. The room is a bit older. The swimming pool downstairs is nice.

Check in took a long time and was a bit chaotic, waiting until the afternoon without being contacted, plus the most annoying thing was the elevator took a long time to go up or down, the room was quite spacious and comfortable, although the balcony was dirty, there were small cockroaches in the pantry, breakfast was just ordinary but quite varied
