Advantages:
Fridge in the room, comfy bed, nice vibe and cool design of the hotel, good AC, affordable and delicious room service, nice and kind staff.
Disadvantages:
I had very hard time sleeping. There is a mosque nearby and soundproof is nonexistent, the prayer would wake me up at night. Also people who live in houses nearby have a rooster, his screaming would wake me up at 4-5 am sometimes. There is no blow dryer in the room. And no safe in the room.
Dirty! I would always receive dirty towels with obvious huge stains after my room got cleaned!! Walls in the bedroom are stained and the paint is cracking. The bathroom could use some renovation too. A lot of rust and stains. Could do better for this price. Don't recommend.

The room is quite unique. Meals can be delivered to the room. The service is pretty good. I will come again next time.

Check-in took too long and the front desk service was poor. If it's a daily task like registering a room card, it should be done in advance. It should be done before check-in. The organization is terrible. Breakfast is requested by phone in the room at 7:30, and they go out of their way to bring it, but when I asked for coffee, there was not even water. I went to the first floor and asked for coffee again, but they said they couldn't because the barista closed orders 30 minutes before. I ordered it, even though I said I would pay, but it was not served. It was just unpleasant. The front desk and the waiters were so incompetent. I will never go again

I stayed here because I had plans nearby. I chose this hotel because the stairs and exterior were stylish. The interior was nice, and the room was small and easy to use. It was clean, and I was able to stay comfortably.

It was so comfortable to stop by, I forgot to take pictures. Even though rumanami is famous for being a great place to take pictures. But, I chose to just rest. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was comfortable, the TV had Netflix and YouTube too. The AC was cold, there were also many amenities. Got an extra pillow which was also really comfortable for sleeping. Will definitely visit again and take photos hahah

Location is in residence area and surrounded by restaurants, shopping places. Easy to find online transportation and 7 min to MRT by transportation that can take me to CBD area. Breakfast & service is great, and there's rooftop bar too.
