The room is quite big and clean. It is also closed to toll road both to jakarta or out from jakarta, make it very ideal to be a transit in and out of jakarta.

The AC failed and they had to re locate my room. The second room also had issues with the AC.
My room was opened when I arrived the second day and there were trash there, when I tried to talk to the staff they just ignored the claim. Nobody did anything about my room opened and even a perfume disappeared. The only way for them to come and clean (at night) was telling them “bro whatever, if you don’t want to come and check what happened to my room is ok, I’ll figure out if my things are completed but at least send someone to come and clean the trash”…
No apologies, nobody cared.

Cleanliness: couch very very dirty and full of stains. Hotel should cover it with linen like a bed, so this can be cleaned between each client.
Carpet was full of crumbs from previous renter.
Location: closed to PIM malls. But website indicates 15 min to BLOK M. consider 30-40 min instead. poins mall is rather empty.
Amenities: lack of plugs (none in the bathroom for shaver, no plug next to bed for charging phone, except if you unplug the night table light). Pool and fitness ok. Minimum of cutlery provided and microwave. Water dispenser available.
