Excellent place . Great location attached with a mall.. Near to big Shopping mall Pondok Indah. Clean and neat. Nice Meteo train view. Super supportive staff.
Maulana, Elena, Daela, Bintang, Diva, Winda, Galih All are very good. I got super customer support from Tryana Frint office manager when I wanted to purchase a laptop charger. Those additional support beyond their duty. Will come again.

It has been our subscription while in Jakarta whether for business or vacation.
So far we have ordered the standard type but when we brought the kids on vacation we finally chose the family room type.
The first day the main room was fine, but the 2nd room from the beginning the AC was not cold, because we checked in during break time we decided to report the next day.
Before the technician arrived the AC made a loud noise like a factory, ************* the technician immediately made repairs.
The second day the main room changed to a problem with the AC, suddenly the AC made a loud noise and lots of ice and water came out of the AC.
During the night in the standard type there were no problems at all, but the Family type seemed to get less attention.

Need to improve the cleanliness of sheet and towel.
The location is connected to MRT and busway. Easy for strolling around city.
The food is good, lot of variety.
No facilities for kids
But the towel is bad. (Compared to my broken white shirt)
