It's a great hotel. Amenities and rooms are great, only thing is WiFi is buggy. And hotel is very big.. Rooms are very far from reception. Finding way is so confusing. But they never have someone to show you the room. Just take you luggage and find your way by your own. Not good.

First impression, this hotel is very strategic because it is located above the mall and there is a skybridge directly to MRT Lebak Bulus. All rooms also have a view of the South Jakarta skyline because they are located on the top floor. And they also upgraded my room. Keep up the good work
