The location is good, mainly because it is close to the office, but the facilities are a bit old, and the light switch of the sliding door is a bit loose. I had to fiddle with it at night before I found out how to turn off the light. It's average, maybe the price of hotels in Jakarta is like this, it's quiet at night, I thought it would be noisy near the street.

Near Block M, easy to go to many places.
Very quiet place.
The swimming pool is small (10 meters long) but clean, so it is safe to swim.
The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. Helpful.
