requested a high floor room, and the hotel gave us the highest floor available, thanks, only complaint coming from noisy music from late night clubs around SCBD area

We did’n like the scent of the air freshener used in the room which is lemongrass scented. It smells sour taste and not fresh feeling.
Even the bodywash shampoo conditioner and handwash are lemongrass based too. And doesnt smell as fresh and delicate as the usual 5 star hotel. Quite disapointing.

It's my second time staying in this hotel. The gym is still very good, the design of the room is also very good, and the breakfast is delicious. The location is also in the city center, but there are some shortcomings, the towels are smelly, and there seems to be something sticky on the mouth of the water bottle in the room.

This was my first time at Alila SCBD...Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast spread and great location in SCBD. The gym and swimming pool was also fantastic! Didn't get to use the spa or visit the rooftop bar, so definitely will come again in my next trip.

This was my first stay at an Alila property, and I had very high expectations based on reviews I read about the Alila brand. However, this stay exceeded my high expectations. I was made to feel like an honored guest in the hotel. The staff greeted me by name every time they saw me. Instead of a lounge, they provided Globalist with breakfast and dinner (happy hour) in the restaurant. The food quality in the restaurant was top notch and much better than typical lounge food. I was upgraded to their largest room, which was not a 2 room suite, but was very spacious, clean, and well appointed. Although this is a category 3 Hyatt property, my stay was equivalent to a 5 star hotel stay. I highly recommend the Alila hotel when visiting Jakarta.
