My 2nd time with the hotel back this time with my family. Service was excellent. The concierge and staff at the entrance are always attentive to help. The ladies at the reception are always friendly and helpful. Room was big and spacious. The only area that was not so ideal was the water pressure in the bathrooms are quite weak.

The room is big and clean. The hotel apartment is average. The lotto mall downstairs is very convenient for eating and shopping. There is a supermarket on the underground first floor, and the mall can be directly entered from the second floor of the hotel. The hotel breakfast is average.
