A delightful stay at Somerset Grand Citra Hotel. Located nearby Lotte Mall Jakarta, there was plenty to do and lots of street food to try out as well. Rooms were massive and filled with lots of amenities. Go for the renovated rooms, it’s well worth the upgrade. Would highly recommend!!

Located within half an hour from places of interest and numerous shopping malls like Grand indonesia and FX Sudirman. Booking grab or gojek rides are convenient.
Service is amazing. I got a free upgrade up to the 3rd bedroom suite as a birthday gift, along with birthday decorations and card. Staff were all very polite and attentive. They went through the trouble to search for and return items I left including food, in the room some 2 hours after I left the premises and checked out. Staff even kept my frozen food deliveries chilled without being asked to.
Amenities and cleanliness need some improvements however with most of the items having seen better days, and seemingly aged.
Breakfast buffet spread was basic. There is a mini mart in the basement which provide limited food stuff emergency items should there be a need.
