Super clean! Amazing staff. Breakfast was excellent . So many options to choose from. The fitness center is state of the art. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Absolutely a ten out of ten. I have been coming here for the last two years and love it.

Not the Best
The front desk employees were terrific! So accommodating and pleasant. As for the room: did not like where the sink was located. It gives you no privacy. The floor was dirty. Was left with a quarter of a role of toilet paper on the holder from the previous renters and one new one. The toilet paper holder was filthy. I kept the roll out. I informed the front desk that the corner of the mirror over the sink had a huge crack. The shower curtain rod was bent so the shower curtain wouldn’t stay in place. Unfortunately, Best Western Plus was not the best and I will not stay here again.

Could be better
Hallway rugs stained and dirty.
Vending soda machine had several sold out items. (this was around 11:00pm).
Availability of additional towels was bad
Shower curtain was still wet from cleaning or pervious person that used room.
Breakfast items was good but late in opening on Monday Morning.
