The worst place we have ever stayed at. Owners did not care about anything. No hot water the entire stay, not enough toilet paper, nails sticking out of the porch, no sheets on one of the beds. Broken lamps throughout. Hot water reported to management but no one fixed it.

Victoria Resort did it again! Beautiful place as always. Our anniversary weekend stay was awesome as always here. Wonderful breakfast, easy check it/out, beautiful grounds in lovely South Haven! Great location in a nice quiet neighborhood and setting. Thank you very much!

We just stayed in the Bushies Bungalow 9/14-9/15/24, the cost was $169.00 with no breakfast. On line if I added breakfast is says $10.00 per person but when in inquired about it, the owner said it was $15.00 per person. The bungalow smelt musty and it was a hot day . The outdated, loud air conditioner was not even on when we checked into our bungalow at 4pm and the room was so hot. The fan was on but when I saw how much dust was on it (see pictures), I shut it off as I am allergic to dust and mold and was congested the entire night. The bathroom shower curtain had mold on the bottom of it and the mold along the base of the shower and floor was disgusting (see pictures). No furniture is moved when they clean because I had dropped something behind the kitchen table and it was so gross as well as behind the nightstand by the bed and behind the toilet. The blinds need to be replaced as we had to put something behind the broken shades on both windows. Thought I found a great deal as I have stayed at several B&B's in the area and this was no deal at all. Just a cheap room that is not kept up.

Don’t stay here. This place has gone WAY downhill. The new owner is cocky and overbearing and made every interaction awkward. The room was dirty, there was no sheet change or any housekeeping available. The young girls who helped were kind and sweet but I felt so bad for them working in this place for this domineering alpha male owner. Other guests we spoke to also experienced this unpleasant experience.

Quaint and charming resort- a travel back in time! Loved the staff- so helpful and kind. The owner was so very nice- seemed to truly care about his lodgers. We were at a family reunion and this spot was a quiet and private escape when it became too crazy! We stayed in a tiny but perfect bungalow for two. Loved the quiet. Easy walk to the beach, sunsets and downtown. Had a great time!

When I found out that I had to supply my own toilet paper after what was already on the roll was gone, I lost it! I will not stay nor recommend this place to anyone. A/C was loud and the room was musty. Since we stayed in a bungalow, breakfast was not included. Electric car charging was a plus.

Where do I begin... So first off, we stayed at the resort one night in March. The premises are ok. I would give it a 7/10 at most. I just yesterday booked a room once again for two nights because I received an email for a BOGO night (email attached below that is very clear) for my anniversary. One night was $239, so I figured getting the other night free seemed reasonable. I booked with Elizabeth who was very friendly. She could not apply the BOGO since she had to get approval from the owner (Peter is his name I believe). She said the owner would get me a new invoice by the next day showing the BOGO. I did receive that email. However, it reflected only half off one of the nights only ($114.50). I called the next day and questioned why I only received 1/2 off one night and not a BOGO. I spoke to the owner this time. He said because we stayed one night already in March and are staying again so one of the new two nights will be discounted at 1/2 price. I told him that is not what the email said. He told me "He knows what the email said because he wrote it". I read him the email in case he was confused. His whole demeanor changed from relatively pleasant to condescending and downright rude! He started talking to me like a child. I told him to cancel the reservation and he hung up on me. I called him right back and questioned why he hung up on me. His response "you canceled your reservation...is there anything else you needed?" I told him that was very rude and he started yelling at me. I told him how unprofessional he was and ended the call this time. I was not going to argue with him anymore. My reservation was cancelled, but he charged me $5.40 credit card transaction fee. I will fight this fee with my credit card company as I am not going to give him a dime of my money. My family and I travel often and I don't think I have ever dealt with such a rude, arrogant individual! I will never come back to this establishment, nor do I recommend it to others. Look else ware if you want to be treated with respect.

Nice bed and breakfast. Resort well kept up. Smaller rooms are pricey and should be adjusted to match price for larger rooms. Jim and staff were very accommodating. Good location, only 2 blocks from the beach. Lots of parking. Firepit was nice.
