Reserved a double queen studio suite for 3 adults and 1 child. Hallway trash cans and outdoor trash was overflowing, which can be a common problem when a hotel is sold out and you are limited to tiny room trash cans but it would be great if it was taken care of in a decent time, was still in that shape until cleaning staff the next day. Decent room accommodations as far as size. Room was clean, tiny bathroom. We did use the pull out sofa couch and that was NOT FUN. It slanted at the top, so the person had to sleep horizontally towards the bottom. The mini fridge was iffy on temp, no matter how cold we set it. Morning breakfasts were the typical fanfare but adequate. My only HUGE compliant is the fire alarm testing that we were not told about on check-out day.....which the cleaning staff was not phased at all about, so it seems that it is a common occurrence but a heads up to the guest would have been great. We endured the screeching sounds and flashing lights on/off for TWO FREAKING HOURS!!! We had to put in earplugs or wear headphones to endure the sound. If we didn't have to deal with this fire alarm testing, I would have given 4 stars.

Cons: *The young lady who checked us in was very short with us and acted like she didn't know how to do our room billing then later miraculously she figured it out. She acted very unprofessional speaking in front of other guests about the price of our room etc. Also we requested a top floor room 9 months ago when booked the room. She says oh I see that but your room is on the 1st floor and was done with us. She just acted like I'm busy leave me alone. She just ruined our visit. (I did speak with Mgr Zach before we left who was very nice and did try to help us) *The window "shades" in the room are HORRID! Get curtains please. These keep no light out! We like a dark room (I'm sure we aren't the only ones) and all the lights in parking lot flooded in on the sides. Such a cheap way to cover the windows and ridiculous. PROS: The AC in the room worked great! Comfortable beds and the room was clean. Overall the hotel was clean and well lit. The breakfast area was large and had some good options. It's located only a mile or so from Hersheypark and Chocolate World.
