Amazing hotel. Twice a week there are open-air gala dinners with a concert. There is a spacious clean beach next to the hotel, I highly recommend it for jogging. The hotel staff is always accommodating. We needed a late check-out, they gave us a room for free until the evening.

OMG there are no words that will compliment the Hotel and its Staff sufficiently enough. Everyone working at the Hotel, and I mean everyone, worked so hard, and so far above the call o duty, to ensure that all of the guests were pampered and literally 'spoilt rotten' It was my first ever trip to Goa and, therefore, to the Hotel, and I felt like I had found my own 'little piece of paradise'. The service, food, accommodation and general aesthetics and ambience of the Hotel were second to none - the best! At this point I must mention John, the 'resident' jeweller at the Hotel - Beautiful jewellery, I love my ring....................... yes, I succumbed. I very much hope to come back next year with my close friends, and have not stopped recommending the Hotel to everyone who crosses my path! Thank you so so much to the entire Team at the Hotel - I have never experienced such hard work, dedication and superb customer service skills - I certainly feel so lucky to have been able to meet so many welcoming and lovely people, and I don't just mean the staff, I mean the other guests at the Hotel. I had such a wonderful relaxing time.

Immediately on arrival we were met with a super warm welcome. A cooling drink, cold face towels and a sea shell necklace. The heat and humidity in Goa can catch you out. The staff were so attentive. My birthday was made special in the hotel and the room was decorated, a cake and wine were left for us to enjoy. The hotel catering is superb. You can ask for anything and if they can they will oblige. The rooms are very very nice we had access to a ground floor terrace on to the garden with our own sun lounge area. Room 508 very nice. Thank you all.

An excellent holiday with a special mention for all the hotel staff in making our holiday a truly great expeprience. Hotel room, food and service were exceptional as was the overall cleaniness throughout the entire facility. We will be returning for another relaxing stay.

We’ve been going to this hotel for the last 10 years plus …. Absolutely love it… management and staff are brilliant … food is excellent… 👌 if you can’t find what you like … just ask … they are always willing to rustle something up 😊 John the jeweller has been at the hotel as long as we’ve been going …. Beautiful jewellery… had several pieces from him 😍 All in all the hotel, staff, food are amazing See them all again next year 😊

Stayed at this hotel for a week and had the most amazing break. Every member of staff at the hotel was lovely and work so hard. From the moment that we stepped foot in the hotel, we were made to feel special. I would recommend the hotel to anyone. The pictures really don’t do it justice. We are both vegetarian and we ate the best we have ever ate in an all inclusive hotel. There were so many vegetarian options, more than there were meat and fish. All of the food was amazing and we miss it already! Highly recommend the cheese dosas at breakfast! There could have been a better cocktail selection on the all inclusive and some of the entertainment was a bit repetitive but still a good atmosphere. There were lots of activities scheduled daily at the hotel which was great, this was the first hotel we’ve felt comfortable enough to join in with activities and we enjoyed the pottery making! Completely understand why so many people return to this hotel year after year. We would love to return as soon as we can!

Our first stay at the Heritage Village Hotel and we enjoyed every minute. Very comfortable room, lovely pool with a swim up bar,huge choice of fantastic food but most of all the friendliest and most helpful staff we have ever encountered. We would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing all inclusive holiday.

We had the most fabulous stay with the very best staff in the world. The rooms are great and the beds are so comfy with great pillows. We dined at Mama Miso and Also Benito's which was lovely. Gala nights were very good with a lot of effort by staff and always a great band. Would recommend this hotel very highly. Lots of love to all
