Room 211 bed frame broken very poor customer service 100$ deposit not worth the room. for brake fast few carbs no protein, with 3 oz coffee cup. No security bad neighborhood

Very bad experience! You're asked to pay on check-in (not at check-out), no microwave, missing nightstand clock, incomplete supplies, dirty carpet, run-down furniture all shows the disdain of the owner to his clientele. I feel unwelcomed, not trusted and uncomfortable. This is on top of the very bad location it's on- high noise level, and unkept and unsafe neighborhood.
