Clean and ideal place to stay, we always stay there for Alton towers it’s a quick 15mins up the road.

Location: conveniently close to the motorway and close to town.

I always choose ibis as I find them good value and the staff are accommodating in any way they can. I had a small problem and the kylie I think was quick to put it right, we even got chatting about soaps which made me feel like I was with people like myself and not just someone who wanted to log me in and out. Other staff were nice and greeted me evey time I passed them. The room was clean and food was good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the derby branch as it was spot on. Thankyou!

Had a great stay at this hotel, great value breakfast and excellent customer service from staff. We have overslept and missed the housekeeping, but when we approached housekeeping manager, she was happy to help and tidied our room - which was greatly appreciated!
