The location is good. It's a good choice for business travelers. There's a department store next to the hotel. The bus stop is also nearby. Breakfast is freshly grilled nasi goreng. During my stay, the only meat served was chicken.

The first impression was good with nice interior design and cosy feel. We transferred room the next day because the toilet got flooded. It was a twin sharing but all the amenities like towel, bathroom slipper, toiletries are just one set. The shower water flowed out from the side of the bathtub. The next day we had a new room but this time no towels were prepared, the wallpapers were torn. The front desk customer service is friendly though.

The AC in the room is really cold, the swimming pool is on the top floor so it's very windy and kids can't swim for long, the breakfast is standard, not too many variations.

The room is nice, the facilities are ok, the swimming pool is nice, it's just a shame that my money and my friend's money were lost when our room was cleaned, and what's more, when checking out they said the hair dryer bag was missing, while when checking in there was no hair dryer bag, wow. Came to the reception on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at around 14.30 WIB. When we arrived, the room was not ready, we were asked to wait while drinking iced tea as a welcome drink. After 15 minutes of waiting, the room was ready. Even though the check-in schedule starts at 14.00 WIB, so when we arrived the room should have been ready. This hotel is located in Pollux Mall, but the hotel does not have free parking facilities for guests staying overnight.
Breakfast starts at 07.00-10.00 WIB. We came for breakfast at a restaurant near the reception at around 07.45 WIB. After paying 150 thousand for an additional 1 child and 1 adult, we finally ate at the restaurant. There are several notes about breakfast:
1. There is no egg corner
2. There is no milk and coco crunch
3. There is no fruit
4. Side dishes are finished at 08.00
5. There is no chicken porridge.
Fortunately, the hotel staff are friendly.
