We spent one night here on our trip. We were checked in quickly, recognized as diamond honors members and thanked for our loyalty. When we got to our room though we could not find the room number that was written on the key sleeve. I had to go back to the desk to ask what the room number was supposed to be since the number they wrote down did not exist. The clerk was very thorough at pointing out where everything was and how it all worked. The room was clean and fresh. We checked out very early and did not partake in the breakfast so we cannot speak to how good or bad it was.

Everything was great. Clean room, nice shower, clean, and breakfast as expected when added free to room. Really nice 2 night stay to explore Cheyenne!

This is a very nice hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. They had all the amenities you would need. They had a nice taco night at 5:00. It was fun. They have a nice pool, gym and laundry room. The employees were great especially Zay at the front desk. He is very good at his job and made really good recommendations for places for us to go. Breakfast the next morning was really nice. Everything was delicious, organized and very clean. We really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend.

Everything was wonderful. The room was so spacious and clean and layout well thought out. The bathroom is modern and spacious shower and water pressure. Kitchen area was clean. Loved the appliances and place settings. Made my stay homey

Just because it’s new doesn’t make it good
Thin walls and ceiling, had to unplug tv to turn off tv, ac was constantly turning off before reaching temperature, I think it was motion activated so it turned off when I was sleeping. Breakfast was brown bananas, coffee milk was spoiled.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We felt at home after a long day on the road but the best thing of all was the service. The young man who helped us was personable, kind and went over the top to assist us. It was so refreshing to have such service! When we complimented him on his kindness he said he loves his job! A true gem in the customer service field!

New Yorkers visiting Cheyenne
It was an awesome hotel. After arriving from a long traveling day from New York it was so nice to have such a wonderful welcome from your staff. The rooms were immaculate, the free breakfast was delicious with many options of food. Extra shout out to Zay who worked the front desk. Great person to have as a welcome person!

terrible nights sleep. Hilton has decided that going "green " is more important than the comfort of their guests. There are sensors that turn the lights on so if you get up in the middle of the night, the lights go on. Wakes you and anyone else in the room up. Apparently Hilton is eventually going to have this in all their hotels. I guess when no one stays there anymore they will stop doing it because they will be out of business
