The hotel is located at a gorgeous location adjacent to a golf course with plenty of greeneries. The premise is a blend of history and contemporary charm and stylishness which is the greatest draw of the hotel.
The grade of the room we had perhaps is not the highest so it’s rather basic, with minimal decor and less charm than the rest of the hotel, but tidy and comfortable nonetheless.
Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Overall a decent stay and might try a higher grade room next time.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Lovely peaceful location. Amenities were limited unless you pay extra which is a shame. Breakfast also has extra charges for certain food

Have stayed here many times. Everything fits the bill. Lovely hotel, staff, rooms, spa, food. Enjoyed as usual. All perfect.

Wonderful experience stay at that castle. We had dinner in the courtyard for a very reasonable price consider the food was of great quality. The health club had great facilities including a reasonable sized gym decent sized pool / jacuzzi. We would definitely stay there again as the location was great. The only minor complaint we would have is that the room was a bit cold but it is late January.

We booked our wedding at Cave Castle, and all I can say is, it was the best experience from start to finish! Laura was lovely to speak with from the first time I emailed her and she subsequently called me, right the way through to the wedding day. Nothing was too big of an issue, and no request was too much. Laura met with us regularly, and sent emails in between meetings to check in and make sure everything was still going to plan, which was just amazing! We were introduced to Morgan at times during the build up, and he also did everything he could to help us and to make us feel excited and ready for our big day, assuring us that nothing was too much for him and the team to achieve! On the day, all the staff were amazing and lovely from start to finish, however we want to give a massive shout out to Laura and Morgan, who ensured our day ran smoothly and stress free from start to finish! There was nothing either myself or my husband had to think about on the day because the amazing dream team sorted everything for us! They made sure we were able to see the rooms on our own before our guests came in, and were constantly checking in with us to make sure everything was going how we wanted it to! Preparing for a wedding is very stressful and time consuming but we just felt so at ease to reach out to Laura and Morgan for any help and support we needed, which made everything so much more enjoyable! We stayed overnight in the honeymoon suite which we absolutely loved, and our room was amazing! We had breakfast the following day with some of our guests who also stayed overnight, and although we were massively tired from the long day, the staff at breakfast were all happy and approachable, and engaged in discussions with everyone which was lovely. Honestly, we cannot say a bad word about the venue or any of the staff at Cave Castle! It was the most perfect venue for such a special day and we would recommend for anyone thinking of getting married here, DO IT! You absolutely won’t be disappointed! Thank you to everyone at Cave Castle, in particular Laura and Morgan!☺️

We had our wedding & reception here & it was perfect. Firstly the castle is such a beautiful back drop for photos & the rooms are lovely but what makes this venue special is the staff - they were amazing. From the start, planning the day, Laura provided fabulous planning support & helped with many lovely details & really took the load of myself. Morgan managed the event on the day & was epic, every detail was made perfect. The rest of the staff too were exemplary & made the day perfect with not a single hitch. Our guests also commented on just how fabulous the staff were. The food was also a highlight & really high quality. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of holding a wedding reception here or just planning a break. :)
