Nice basic resort, I would not recommend the Lodge Rooms due to noise from other rooms. We originally booked a lodge room, but moved after one noisy night, Management made it right, Thanks Matt. Cabins are nice, basic, equipped with a small fridge, no cooking, no tv's, good WIFI connections, a cup in the bathroom would have been nice, bed was comfortable. Nice public beach nearby. Excellent breakfast buffet, restaurant food was good also. Bonus when we were there a Classical quartet concert outside.

We went on a work/ birthday weekend with my cousin's business. To celebrate my wife's birthday. Everyone was amazing and helpful. The cabins are cabins. The bugs are bugs. Breakfast is awesome. The menu is incredible. The local craft beers are fantastic. You're so close to the water no matter where you go. We got the inside hook up and we found a great spot to paddle on Saturday July 26th. Of course I would go there again. If you want to stay in a hotel go stay in a hotel.

Comfortable beds and sheets. Recently renovated cabins with updated bathrooms. Nice decks. Super staff. Live music at dinner the 2 nights I stayed. I like the size of Red Bay Lodge. 15 cabins. Breakfast is included, and it's a good breakfast. The owners were welcoming and made us feel at home. We used to stay at Wildwood Lodge, which no longer exists. I liked that Red Bay Lodge included breakfast. We also had one dinner at Red Bay Lodge. We really liked their Beef Dip sandwich and their hot wings. The 4 servers we met, over 1 dinner and 2 breakfasts, were great. The prices were reasonable. I'm sure I'll be back again.

It’s my third time visiting the lodge, and second time staying over. I was originally booked in a lodge room, but they were finishing renovations so I was given a free upgrade to a cabin! Score! This lodge is perfect for the travel that wants all the perks of staying out in the country away from the hustle and bustle. It’s in a very quiet town but is central to lots of the hot spots to visit on the Bruce Peninsula like: Sauble (20~ mins away) Grotto (45~ mins away) Wiarton (15~ mins away) This place in my opinion is best suited for someone who wants to unplug and enjoy being out in nature for weekend. I came here for the quiet, and calm atmosphere it provides. It’s a big upgrade from camping as all of the cabins have mini fridge, private bathroom, fan, and electrical outlets. My cabin was super clean, and nice bedding/towels were provided. I didn’t inquire if they have wifi, but I had excellent cell service while there (Telus). If you are expecting all the perks of hotels back in the city like TVs and AC you maybe disappointed. I didn’t dine at the lodge this time but have previously, and was very pleased with my meal. The management at this place seem to really care about guest satisfaction, and are constantly making upgrades to the property to better your experience. Overall I enjoyed my stay will be returning again next year. Tip: If you need snacks, groceries or gas you’re best to get it before you drive into Red Bay as there’s not many options close by. Sauble & Wiarton have grocery stores.

Recently hosted our family reunion at Red Bay lodge. Staff was so accommodating. Food was great and accommodations were just what we needed for all the fun and games we had planned for the weekend. Sandy beach just a 5 min walk. Perfect for a large group!

Run down and sad looking. Cabins are 5 feet apart and no privacy at all. In one word, abysmal. No restaurant, nothing to do in the evening. Ok if all you need is a place to crash, but overpriced for that. Proprietor is annoying and juvenile.
