I stayed here for 3 nights.
Pros: Central location, spacious, and the kitchen is pretty well equipped. There is also a great gelato just a stone throw away
Cons: limited front desk hours (not a problem unless you arrive outside of office hours). There was aircon leak? outside my door so the corridor had a damp smell (the staff installed a dehumidifier afterwards which helped alot)

Instructions given for after hours check in were clear and the keys were easy to locate. Apartment was clean, tidy and perfect for our weekend away.

Foyer area on level 7 smelt like urine was horrible. The room didn’t smell. good size rooms and space although not very clean. The oven was unusable the stink inside was rank and I nearly threw up. The fridge leaked water the first night but was fine after that. The dining chairs were very uncomfortable with no padding. Reception was never maned and staff not very friendly. We got a good price and was a great location just don’t expect too much. You get what you pay for I guess.

It was very clean and spacious, and I would recommend it!
The location was perfect as it was only a 7-minute walk to Southbank.
I liked the colors of the furniture and it was stylish.
Amenities such as towels and a hair dryer were provided, but I think it would have been nicer if they had provided slippers.
I would like to stay here again.

such a wonderful experience. all of it. location is fantastic to move around Brisbane, building is easy to locate and close bars, restaurants, groceries, all you need.
check in after normal hours was super easy and we didnt have a single little problem during our stay.
when we got into the apartment it was bigger than expect, more light, and totally totally ready. kitchen has all you need which is a big plus. the whole stay was absolutely perfect, including reception desk staff and housekeeping who made it all really pleasant for us. definitely a place to go back to.

The location is good, just a short walk to city, to train station, to local store.
Staff are very nice, I have especially happy that they were trying their best to let us checking in early since our long flight arrived in the morning.
There were enough home appliances. We cooked quite a few times and it was great. Washing machine is fine. The roof top swimming pool looks good.
However, I think the place could be a little cleaner, especially the shower area. There are some mould on the wall and the shower head. Door handle is broken. On the other hand, there are quite some dust on the table, floor is a little bit sticky. The air conditioner is mouldy too, bed sheet has some stains, some of the pillow cases are a bit grey like the colour of dust.
So in general I think a lot could be improved, especially on hygiene.

The facilities are very complete, clean, comfortable, feels like home, the view and layout of each room is pleasant, I think soda is the best choice. For guests, don't forget to read the provisions regarding reception opening hours because it is not open 24 hours. You have to make an appointment first if you want to come outside the officer's operational hours
