Fantastic location close to Southbank's entertainment district and things to do. Place was clean and tidy, although a little tired in appearance. Happily stay here again.

Very poor two bedroom apartment, 2nd room was a box room with no furniture or windows,bedding was old and worn.bathroom was a small room with washer and dryer cramed in .no chance is it 4star.see photos for proof.Staff not good either,very rude

Location was good, good sized apartment but so very very tired and in need of a clean and update. Bed was comfy enough but the blankets/duvet definitely need at least washed if not replaced. Equipment was minimal 2 cups 2 glasses, 1 teaspoon. Was surprised with the $200 bond on arrival but I did receive it back the day after check out. We must have been right beside the garage door so did listen to that open and close multiple times a night. Carpets were absolutely disgusting nice big raspberry drink stain.

Very unclean and tv didn't work Place looked as it hadn't been cleaned properly forever and ended up getting charged twice for the bond so ended up losing out on my refund and never got it back . Contacted property but was told to contact my bank so no one was very helpful
