送孩子去留學，在這裏訂了7天，以下是真實感受：
優點：地理位置很不錯，無論去南岸，CBD，west end 都是步行能到，更靠近west end，很多餐廳，2大超市，亞超步行幾分鐘。
房間很大，60多平一房一廳，設施非常齊全，全套廚房設備，洗烘都有，完全像在家一樣，比酒店性價比高很多。
缺點： 7天衹有一次清掃服務，其餘都是自己打掃，扔垃圾，補充物資自己去前台拿。
看到攜程上説是華人友好，但前台全程沒碰到一個會中文的工作人員，如果是不會英語的長者溝通有點困難。
之前幾個網站比過價格，攜程最優惠，不知道是不是這個原因房間安排在底層，有蟲子爬進來，告知前台也沒有任何跟進！

澳洲神奇的一天開始了：八點鐘，被外面的悉悉索索驚了一下，輕輕拉開窗簾，這哥不知道怎麼爬上了陽台……忙活着修瓷磚修窗口。我先打了個投訴電話，酒店説前台要九點上班，到時會給我反饋；再問小哥，他説他給領導打電話了，領導説沒毛病，繼續幹[捂臉]，我説我住酒店的，你一早上這樣合適嗎？他打電話又是一頓請示，然後就又悄悄地開幹…我説不行啊，你這樣可不行，他説他是遵從領導安排，七點半開工，別的都不知。我説你想象一下，住個陌生酒店，早上陽台上不知從哪冒出個人，害怕不？！他説他是從外面爬上來的（三樓），而且得繼續幹，因為服從領導安排…我很無奈啊，不想產生負面情緒，就拉好窗簾，收拾自己的。九點多，酒店經理來了，説他們這樣做是合法的，因為外面大樓要維修維護。我説那跟我無關啊，我是住客，沒道理一早上發生這樣的事。她説她按規定辦事沒毛病，大門口貼了通知了。我説沒看到，而且遊客入住，好歹給點提示強調一下吧。她説她會跟前台説，但是沒有別的解決方案了。我説那我衹能給網上差評了。

I forgot my key in the room outside of reception hours and couldn't get in, but the security guy helped me out and was very helpful. The room was very clean and the view was perfect, more than worth the price. The TV wasn't a smart TV so I couldn't watch Netflix without an HDMI cord and there were no cups, but everything about it was a perfect stay. I'd definitely like to stay here again.
