Matt P, the handsome young man at the counter, was all smiles, and his friendly, attentive service was truly heartwarming. 😃 The apartment hotel rooms are spacious and offer stunning views. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of the Brisbane River, South Bank Parklands, and the Grand Central Tower. The location is fantastic, close to the bus and train stations, about a 15-minute walk to South Bank Parklands, and about a 20-minute walk to the city center. A truly worthwhile apartment hotel to stay in again. 👍

Location is convenient to the central and apartment was clean. There's also a swimming pool, jacuzzi and dry sauna we could enjoy. However, the bed was pretty terrible, with probably no spring in it. the comforter was packed away separately and was not made for us. who would make the comforter when we alr had such a long and tiring trip? slept only with the piece of white cloth that came with the bed.

Appalling! Apartment in serious need of refurbishment There were stains everywhere, on the carpets and sofa as well as on the walls and ceilings. The floor wasn't very clean. I found hair in the bed and stains on the sheets and towels. Also food leftovers in the dishwasher. Some electrical sockets didn't work In addition, the wifi worked intermittently (and there is a special procedure for connecting if you have Apple devices, which was only given by the receptionist once I asked).
