This hotel is a scam by Ctrip. They charged me 500 Australian dollars a night, but even in the peak season it is only worth 250. There are more than 400 apartments in the whole building, and they are competing for three elevators. I not only gave the hotel a low score, 90% of the reason is that I gave Ctrip a low score. This is the biggest scam I have been on Ctrip in more than ten years!!!

A satisfactory experience. The room is fully equipped and you can cook your own food. The living room is large, convenient and comfortable. The scenery outside the window is beautiful. The bedroom is designed with a glass window wall and a balcony facing each other. Museums, art galleries, supermarkets and stations are all nearby. It is suitable for 1-2 people to live in, travel, or stay with friends for a week. Although it is a bit difficult to find and the reception area is average and the sofa is a bit old. The TV is a bit small and you need to clean yourself. The scenery is different during the day and night. Will order again next time.

In my 15+ years I have never had a worse experience with a hotel in my life.
Avoid with a plague. They won’t assist or help you.
We book queen bed river view & we got two single beds, no room service & no river view. They made no compensation & had no sympathy at all. No conpromise nothing.
The also don’t manage their bins properly and both ground floor & our floor 12 smelt like rubbish bins.
Again 0 stars. I will never stay with cllix again

I booked the wrong date and had to add book an extra night.
Unfortunately i wasn't refunded the one night, but at least i was offered an upgrade to a higher floor.
Would book again :)
