Great location in South Bank - walkable to the CBD (20 mins), nice restaurants and supermarkets.
Free visitor parking for 4hrs was handy.

Modern apartments, very good location. Just the fines mentioned were pretty steep, 400 dollars for losing your key is very expensive. Rest all good.
