The lady in the reception is a bit rude when I arrived and about to check in. She just said “name?” instead of “may I have your ID please?” as usual in other hotel or apartment, which make me not able to react right away The carpet in the room got stink and I guess there is a water leakage, which extend to the bedroom, I don't believe they didn't check it and let people to stay in Lucky they refund me 2 nights of stay because I need to leave earlier to avoid the cyclone, which is only the good point for this apartment. I might stay here again but will ask for the room change if there is stink on carpet again

Not a very good experience: 1. Dirt on the bed 2. The stench in the hallway is so bad that you can sometimes smell it from inside the house 3. Slippers and other supplies are not provided If you are a family and want to stay for a while, you may like the large space of the hotel. You will feel inconvenienced if you are just traveling by yourself .

Beautiful apartment with a great location. The view of the skyline is phenomenal. The facilities are good value for money. The underground car park is a bit complicated, but the staff are happy to explain it to you. I'd be happy to come back!

A two-bedroom apartment with a reasonable layout and complete facilities. It is spacious and clean. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of pots and pans, dishwashers, washing machines and dryers. It is very comfortable and convenient to live in. The location is also very good. The station and the commercial street are within walking distance. There is a supermarket on the left and a very delicious ice cream shop on the right when you go out to the intersection. I have recommended it to my friends and will continue to book this place if I come next time.
