Reserved a non-smoking room, but got a smoking room. When complained, we were gaslighted even though there were burn marks on the bedspreads in a "non-smoking" room! Blown off for not having internet access - was told that we were the only ones complaining, that it was a settings issue.

The price was nice the location was great. The Internet was horrible. Nice pool and I was able to have my service animal overall, I had a good stay.

Great place to rent more light in the parking area and quiet place to rest room where clean and spacious only dislike is that they charge a 100 dollar deposit to stay.but great place just make sure you can cover it but will be returned back to you ,.

Exterior of building definitely needs work. Room was clean and updated, no extras but had the necessities you’d need. Forgot a couple clothing items and a pair of shoes in the room and called the same day to try to arrange to pick it up, they couldn’t help then. Called back the next day and was told the housekeeper threw them away - very hard to believe.

Wir waren 5 Wochen in Florida. Durch die Rundreise hatten wir das eine oder andere Motel/Hotel. Das hier war unterirdisch schlecht. Keines bisher hatte enttäuscht. Nur dieses! Es stank draußen überall nach Katzen Urin. Wir hatten 2 Tage gebucht und morgens nach einem verbrachten Tag enttäuschend abfahren. Bettdecke mit dreckigen Fingerabdrücken, Sand auf dem Laken… Dreckiges Zimmer, extrem laut an der Straße, Und noch mehr…Wir wollten wenigstens ein Tag erstattet bekommen. Laut der Gesellschaft hatten wir 30 Minuten Zeit um das Zimmer zu monieren. Bei Abreise hatte uns keiner auf die 30 Minuten hingewiesen..Wir hätten dann ja vielleicht für die 2.Nacht ein besseres Zimmer.. sauberes Zimmer bekommen können. Trotz der Hinweise an das Personal vor Ort gab es keinen Tausch oder irgendeine Info. Nichts.Auch keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Vor allem die vielen Mitteilungen schon am Tag der Anreise und danach an die Gesellschaft und die Entscheidung: Pech gehabt..hattet ja 30 Minuten Zeit.. Wirklich schlimm. Bitte nicht buchen! Alle Holliday Inn waren dagegen eine Wohltat.
