Just want to say that both the hotel and our room were great. The bedroom was clean and very comfortable. The reception sitting area and the restaurant/bar were both stylish and inviting. We didn’t have dinner but did have breakfast, which was cooked perfectly and delicious. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall a superb overnight stay.

A simple property which provided good value for money and suited my needs well. Staff were friendly, check in and check out prompt and bar well stocked. Ample free parking in two council car parks moments away, if the four on-site bays are full. Rooms are basic but in keeping with expectations.

Although we had paid we went and got another room. Room at this place was a box out of 1950s with holes in the wall. Room was plain dirty and gross.

Nice hotel- stayed one night and room was a decent size, clean and comfortable. Good location with sea views from the bar/ restaurant. We ate in the restaurant and the food was very reasonable. Plenty of car parking close by and convenient for a stroll along the front or a walk into town.

Awful room it smelt like sewage which was coming up through the bathroom drain so we had to get another room which was a basement room very small and over priced it cost us $1000 nz dollars (£522 for 2 nights) would never stay here again. Dated and run down
