Very good hotel, delicious food, polite staff. There is a swimming pool, you can play basketball in the pool. The beach is a two-minute walk away with a shallow bottom and reefs. There is a bike rental nearby, we went to Radhanagar beach, the best beach.

It's a really beautiful hotel I loved my stay here the staff are wonderful and the vibe is really relaxed. I was a little tired towards the end of always being told "we don't have that drink/that food/the chef isn't working", and the rooms can be a little noisy but aside from this would 100% recommend.

Extremely poor service. Room cleaning is done after 3 pm! Food ordered in restaurant takes ages to come. Invariably, tea bags, milk sachets were forgotten. Maintenance of the room needs to be improved ( hair dryer was hanging on a thread!!). Curtain in bath short letting water out while taking shower!!! Poor training despite nice infrastructure! Will never opt for this brand again!!!

It was an amazing experience staying there. We had number of things to do during our stay!
decent swimming pool, nicest bar tender for the drinks, soothing spa and the best coffee in the town from their cafe. Staff were really supportive and spontaneous!
