Property is good, but not properly maintained. Not very apt for families with kids. Food quality is very poor, not worth the price, doesn't seem fresh. I had breakfast on 2 consecutive days, menu options were limited and same. Services were OK. Property is quite far from city, and one will need personal vehicle. Check-in and Check-out were smooth. It was an OK property.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite the high charges, the only amenity available was the swimming pool—there was nothing else to justify the cost. We were traveling with senior citizens, and the property being in a hilly area made things very inconvenient. The walk from the room to the restaurant was too long, and although the staff promised that an electric cart would assist us, half of the time it never arrived. Breakfast and dinner were included in our package, but the meals were extremely basic and lacked variety. For dinner, we were served just one vegetable dish and one dal, with no elaborate options or even a simple salad. It was quite underwhelming. The hotel also seemed severely understaffed, and the service reflected this. To top it all off, the bathroom facilities were poorly maintained, with toilet flushes not working properly. Overall, I cannot recommend this property to anyone. It was a disappointing stay, and I suggest looking for better alternatives.

Hello Id like to share my experience at the hotel. To begin with, I stayed here with my husband for 2 days . The staff here are beyond amazing they are your true asset. They were extremely professional, courteous suppa humble and very helpful. They would always go above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Each and everyone is exceptionally amazing with a customer centric approach. I truly admired everyone however would love to highlight the ones who definitely made a difference. Purvi : Truly humble, kind and a lovely human being she made sure our meals were perfect and on time. She's absolutely amazing with her work. Jyoti, Ramesh and Sandeep from house keeping assisted us throughout our stay with all our needs with the broadest smile. I'm truly overwhelmed with my experience and would love to come back just because of the delightful experience. Thankyouuu to each one of you for being so hospitable. What an amazing place to be . U will get the feel of proper European theme . I personally like the property very much,all staff are very cooperative and helpful. I would recommend this to all my friends. The antique theme,close to nature and morning wake up with the quite cold brezze .

Location - the hotel is very close to the airport around 7kms in distance. Food - we were quite disappointed with the quality of food both veg and seafood. Also, the kitchen staff takes more than 45 mins to prepare the food and serve on the table. Restaurant was empty most of the time with no guests inside. Amenities - the hotel has great interiors and quite colorful ***** with a swimming pool and walking area around the hotel. Services - we were extremely happy with staff and their level of service.

A hotel which has the potential to become a five star … The staff is the power they have …extremely polite ..well mannered ..eager to help ..especially Sanjoy adhikari ,Sumana Sanga ,Roma and Ravi who were waiting to obey orders No wifi …no intercom …but that hardly bothered us … We went as a group and had all the 30 rooms with us The gave us the best breakfast…the cook also is probably the best cook ..the food is excellent Will like to thank the staff of the resort for the love they gave us !!

I booked this hotel because the website said it is a 5 star property. Please don't be fooled by this claim. This hotel is far far away from being a 5 star. The biggest and only positive of this hotel is the staff. They have a brilliant staff let by Mr. Soumya. They are friendly and will always go the extra mile to keep the guests happy. The rooms don't even have intercom and the staff is so sweet that they attend to your mobile phone calls even in the middle of the night to make up for the lack of infrastructure. They also made the effort to decorate our room for honeymoon couple. I truly truly love the staff. Now coming to why I'd still not recommend this hotel. The hotel lacks infrastructure, location is also terrible. Food options are limited, rooms are not in the best state, I got a room with some lights and switches not working, and sometimes top floor rooms leak as well, no intercom in rooms, half the facilities are still under construction, they claim they're a 5 star and their jacuzzi/swimming pool/any other 5 star related facility is still under construction. Even the road to the main entrance is not operational yet and you will have to use a tiny back gate which is the only functional one. I feel the hotel has potential, but claiming to be a 5 star now and charging 5 star rates is nothing but false advertising and a scam!

Location was far from the city and property is way way over priced. Pool was the only good thing. The food they serve was bad, fish was smelly and chicken was raw. Dal was stale. No fun actually i should get partially refunded it was that bad an experience anyways it’s on the hill side of port blair so one can try

Staff are friendly and they give you suggestions in terms of how you can spend your day in port Blair. The rooms are French type and are as shown in the pictures. But the property is outside the city and wouldn’t give that luxury experience, it’s more like a air bnb type.
