1. Dirty bathroom . They gave us room no 120 first floor with a very dirty bathroom then shifted us to 118 which was a smaller room with dirty washbasin, muddy water in tap, broken toilet seat. 2. There was no hair dryer in whole hotel. 3. No one was there at reception for most of time. None picked up phone. Even none was there to take order for restaurant. 4. Breakfast was limited to chole Puri and upma. Not even single egg was available. 5. The receptionist and manager both told that they are managing whole hotel with 9 staff. They can not do anything. Talk to owner. Owner stopped taking our phone after a couple of calls and assuring us action in five minutes. 6. Overall staff was rude, hotel rooms were dirty and restaurant was non- existent with a price of ten thousand for one night on CAPAI on tripple occupancy. 7. The receptionist finally told us that the room no 120 is used for hotel staff boys for sleeping. Not pathetic but inhuman behaviour.

Pathetic resort, don’t book this resort. Very expensive and very less facilities. No WiFi, pathetic and very slow room service. Poor quality towels, very low quality shower gel and shampoo and no lotion at all provided. Less staff. TV is not working which is required for kids. No swimming pool at this price point. I am very much disappointed and regretting every minute of stay.
