Uncleaned rooms, washroom, cups and glass. No bathroom essentials were provided despite of requesting. Housekeeping staff not responding to calls. Last order 7:30-8 pm. Kitchen closed after 8 pm. Stagnant water everywhere. Dirty smell. Unprofessional staffs keep arguing with customer.In Website overall place looks good but in reality very different .

Swimming pool area should be clean, less staff, at that time work was going on.....so couldn't spend time in the garden.....good for spending one or two days...................work was going on at that time so we couldn't enjoy the garden

This isn't a place one should visit with high expectations. The place is very poorly maintained. The hospitality is awful. The front desk is almost non existent. I am concerned if the management realizes these issues

The entry gates resembling Hogwart's holds promises for something mesmerizing, but that is not the reality. An excellent property,spread over a vast area ,but terribly mismanaged,poorly maintained and criminally overpriced. The rooms are like toyhouse,inadequate in space and amenities and full of permanent residents - mosquitoes. The breeding ground is within the property - an unkempt trench with stagnant water. OK if you are in a picnic mode for a day tour but never dare to spend a night.

Visited this place with the expectations of going to a decent place but was very disappointed after coming here. Here are the reasons why The place is absolutely I'll maintained. Food is terrible and highly over priced. They do not even provide shampoo in the rooms. Play area for the kids is extremely rusty and unclean Our room was not cleaned even after advance booking. Had to call house keeping to clean it. Foul smell from all the rooms that we had booked Cleaning Staff is not hygienic. No ac in the dining hall No fan in the area outside where we were asked to eat our lunch. No mosquito repellent in the outdoor seating area. Would not like to come back to this place unless they upgrade it for the better.

We took the 'suite' rooms, which were down in the basement, damp, mosquito-infested and had torn toilet seats and stained bedcovers. Food was tolerable. Service was slow and sometimes, unresponsive. Overall, not recommended.

The place is nice but is heavily understaffed and the services are very slow. If you order lunch, at 2 they won't be able to serve it for the next 2 hours. Every meal has to be ordered at least two hours in advance and several of the items on the menu are not available. The Adult pool is now closed and everyone has to make to with the Kids pool. The pool experience was still satisfactory. The hotel staff is perpetually in a rush and yet is doing a tardy job of keeping the place running. Overall, the place doesn't offer as good of a service as the place looks from outside. This place is a perfect example of how you should never judge a book by it's cover. Very dissatisfied with the experience.
