OK hotel but it doesn't deserve 5 stars, I was disappointed with my experience...
Negative points :
Small problem at the entrance: no baby bed in the room not in accordance with the reservation!
Fridge noise in the bedroom which prevents you from sleeping
Building work on the garden side…!

L’hôtel jaz Tour Khalef est un endroit magnifique qui allie confort, propreté et ambiance chaleureuse. Les chambres sont bien entretenues, le restaurant propose une cuisine variée et savoureuse, et tout le personnel est accueillant et attentif. Ce qui rend le séjour encore plus spécial, c’est l’équipe d’animation, et surtout Monsieur Salah, chef d’animation. Il est le cœur battant de l’équipe : toujours souriant, plein d’énergie et de bonne humeur. Sa passion pour son travail et son humour apportent une ambiance unique qui fait plaisir aux petits comme aux grands. Sans lui, l’animation perdrait une grande partie de son éclat. Je reviendrai certainement une autre fois. Merci à toute l’équipe de jaz Tour Khalef et un grand merci à Monsieur Salah !"

I had a fantastic stay! The staff were warm and welcoming, especially Jihen from room service who went above and beyond to make my birthday special. The food was delicious, and I really enjoyed the traditional Tunisian entertainment in the evenings. The air conditioning and network were a bit slow, but overall the hospitality and atmosphere made this a wonderful experience—I’d happily come back.

Just like so say a massive thank you to the security team and the life guards especially Farouk.. anything we asked was sorted withing minutes and always there on hand if needed anything..

Worst hotel we have ever been to! Not enough staff to clean the tables in the restaurant. People really eat like pigs! Spending time on finding a free table and cleaned one.Same food every day with peoplewaitingin a queue. Local wine only even if you go to a la carte Italian restaurant. It's not easy to book it, by the way. Pool area.... you have to pay tips to get sunbeds or get up very early to reserve one! No rules and manners. The man who offers a boat trip was disturbing us so much and every day even if we told him 10 times we were not interested in it . He goes around the hotel and beach. Animators are not really happy about doing games etc. They write your name down for the games , karaoke etc , then don't call you later. Its been like this twice! Check in at 2pm. Been told we will get a what's up message when room is ready. Didn't get it, so went to reception to ask but the room was still not ready so extra time on waiting. We paid extra for the room, so we had pigeons messing up with the balcony and the cleaner has not sorted it out. When reported she couldn't understand . The only one good thing was the weather and one professional waiter . We wouldn't go back there even if it was for free!!!

We are current at this hotel and the service from the life guard, animation team and security have been amazing, making our stay very enjoyable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
