Negative points :
Small problem at the entrance: no baby bed in the room not in accordance with the reservation!
Fridge noise in the bedroom which prevents you from sleeping

Absolutely fantastic place,helmi I met in port el kantoui where he was the head of entertainment, nothing was too much for him to help us,he would go to the shops for us give us lifts,even going as far as airport runs,he's such a friendly nice guy look out for him and give him a quick hello x

Beautiful hotel .. from the moment I got to hotel. I was taken care of. Nothing was too much. Food excellent. Room lovely clean and very roomy. Thanks to the lady Mahbouba who kept checking if I needed anything. Beach beautiful. The hotel staff are extremely hospitable and do take care of you. Thank you to faysol and fredj who took care of me. I would definitely return back. As it’s a beautiful place. A very big thank you to all the staff.

Chambres propres et hôtel impeccable. Beaucoup de personnes et calme dans l’ensemble. Les gens sont polis et respectueux. Merci Faten qui a fait le ménage de notre chambre pendant le séjour. La nourriture est excellente et le personnel très attentionné.

We met Alex animation team what an amazing young man he’s taken time to get to know us as a family lots of empathy, good listener and excellent dancer he’s a credit to the team. Excellent food and excellent hotel came 2 years ago and we’re not disappointed so we decided to bring my sister for her first holiday every thing as it was we remember a lot of faces Eddie, Maureen and Carol we will be back.
