Huoneen siisteys oli melko heikko, pölykerroksia löytyi sekä huoneesta että yleisistä tiloista ja pölyherkälle tämä aiheutti hieman hengitysoireita. Lisäksi harmitti että vaikka on maksanut hotellista niin kaikesta joutui silti maksaa erikseen lisähintaa. Plussaa hotellista löytyvistä lisäaktiviteeteista, myöskin hotellin ympäristössä olevat aktiviteetit oli kiva lisä.
Henkilökunta oli erittäin mukavaa ja ammattitaitoista ja saivat asiakkaalle tervetulleen olon.

Appartement geboekt voor 4 personen. 1 aparte slaapkamer + zetelbed. Zetelbed helaas nog niet opgemaakt. Keuken en badkamer waren heel netjes, maar de stoffen zitting van de stoelen in de woonkamer waren vuil ((dieren?) haren en kruimels). Ook terras (meubilair, plankenvloer en ramen waren niet proper). In de omgeving niet erg veel te beleven voor volwassenen en oudere kinderen. Voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen is dat allicht meer het geval. Ruime wasmachine aanwezig, maar slechts een klein (gammel) wasrekje om de was op te drogen. Parking bij te betalen (9 euro per dag). Zwembad te betalen (26 euro / dag vanaf 14 jaar). Zou ik niet meteen herdoen.

There was no hot water at the bathroom, kitchen and toilet at 23:00 o'clok.The receptionist told: "somebody will fix it tomorrow" Everything was dirty, nobody was coming during whole week to clean the room. My wife has cleaned flors with the mop we have bought ourselves.

We had a ”suite” WITHOUT air conditioning, any cleaning, minibar, comfy sofa bed, fluffy pillows, dust-free surfaces, clean smelling toilets, intact wall papers, hole-less walls and doors. Reception service was also cold and unwelcoming. Spa was nice. Don’t expect any high quality from suites. Outdated and damaged. They don’t clean rooms at all during your stay, not even empty trashes. Don’t stay in the hotel, other accommodation is way better. Wifi worked only on balcony and toilet, not in the room.

The rooms are outdated, blankets missing, reception is seriously lacking manpower, expect to wait forever. You’d expect that 139€/night would at least get you a fridge in the room but not here. Absolutely horrendous place. Choose Sokos Hotel every time when visiting Vuokatti. You’ll regret coming to Katinkulta.

Heikko suoritus. Check in kesti noin 45min, ja sen jälkeen huoneista puuttui lapsille pyyhkeet, saunatakit ja peti… Ei mitään pahoitteluja. Illalla samanlainen töykeä ja hidas palvelu ravintolassa.. Ei tarvitse uudestaan mennä.

Asiakaspalvelussa monilta osin parannettavaa, ei tullut tervetullut olo hotelliin saapuessa, respan työntekijä mutisi jotakin hyvin hiljaisella äänellä . Muutama oikein positiivinenkin asiakaspalvelukokemuskin saatiin, Olearys ravintolassa.
Siisteys ihan ok tasolla. Huone oli mukavan tilava. Kylpylän aikaoloajat olisi voinut olla paremmin infottuna.

Sängyt tosi hyvät, iso huone ja parveke, sohvan kangas vähän rikki ja vanha, koirasta oli yllätyksenä tosi kallis yön yli maksu 35€, ei ollut etukäteen tietoa tästä, yleensä max 15€, pääsiäisenä ruuhkaa; kylpylä ylitäynnä, aamiainen keskinkertainen, ruoat loppu osin, kun oli niin paljon porukkaa, respaan sai jonottaa lähes puoli tuntia tullessa, outoa oli myös parkkimaksu 8€, aika perushotelli, oli silti mukava vierailu
