Hotel Plaza Europa

Well I don't know where to start but went on the 25 January to the 19 of February, had to buy bedding cause what the had was fifty, rented wit the stove wich was none, the washroom was so dirty like Blake and broken, front door broken we has to use a back door,the closet had 4 inch locks, stay a week to see if I got a refund, they told me I would be escorted out if I complained so we had to leave no refund, call td for ******* told them got the pics of this nightmare apparently they will give you nothing just a nightmare

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Plaza Europa. The people are friendly, and the room was good. The air conditioning was excellent. The price was right. All around, I have happy memories of that place.

Good but NOISY This is an apartment with most of the useful items included, including a jaccuzzi, kitchen and accessiries. But I had to buy a couple of things tha were missing and usually found in an hotel room. The attendant is very accessible, as well as the owner of the unit, based in Colombia, The air Conditioner was not very effective, and it was quite hot at times, but OK. The only complaint I have is that it is just impossible to get a good night of sleep. The area is VERY, VERY noisy at night, with motorcycle noise almost 24/24, people yelling in the street regularly throughout the night, cars with 150 db music going around at 3-4 in the morning, music from the neighbors as if they were alone on earth. In brief, if you want to be able to sleep at least 4 hours/night, try to find another place. Or don't forget ear plugs (heavy duty!).

Good bang for the buck Great place for the price make sure the hot water is turned on

Nothing special about the hotel, there we insects in the room. But the staff keep the room clean.
