The pool was clean. The manager, Maria, was very nice and helped bring new pans for cooking (the others were very scratched up). There was also chipped dishes and glasses. The street behind our condo was very noisy with loud music at the bar and many loud motorcyclists, plus many roosters crowing all night (we couldn’t sleep all night). The windows did not close tight. There was a ceiling leak on the second floor, which caused the owner to send someone to repair our toilet on the third floor, which took time out of days on two occasions. The owner would not give us any compensation for our trouble. I would not recommend staying in unit 47 at Garden Condos in Sosua. We had booked 21 days and we’re exhausted when we left from lack of sleep.
